Just when I think I'm over the FR-S, I see one today. I then think back to sitting in one at the auto show. The seats hugging me perfectly, everything the perfect distance away, It was like the car was made for me. Then I get on Scion's site and build one. A bit expensive for what you're getting, but I could go without some of the options I selected. I need to drive one. I want one.

I've been looking into them lately too (also 16)! If I got one, I'd seriously consider putting the Rocket Bunny kit on. I saw some with it at C&C over the weekend and it looks amazing! I think it's the only car that actually looks good riced up.

Here's what I do when I want to test drive something:

My girlfriend's brother has a Lexus IS F and her mom and a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, a Maserati Coupe Cambiocorsa, and a Lexus RX450h. I've actually asked them to borrow a car "so I can go drive an M3" a few times because I know if I show up in my Jeep, they'd laugh at me. However, if I show up in the 2002 (a car that cost less than the right front wheel of a new M3) they are more than happy to let me drive whatever I want... It's weird. Moral of the story, borrow something fancy so they think you're rich. It works every time.

Now that you mention the seats, I guess I should start referencing these when I bash the Recaro's in the STs.

The seats in the FRS are fine for me. Very supportive and comfortable, but not invasive like the ones in the Ford.

With that said, while the FRS looks nice and seems to drive well (I've driven one, it was meh but it also had an auto), I'd go with one of these if I was in the market for a new coupe:

This would probably be my second choice after the Camaro. I've never sat in a Camaro with the Recaro option, so I wouldn't know how those seats feel. But the rest of the car is pretty nice. And I fit in it, which a lot of people my height have problem with.
